Welcome to Windsor

A growing community, Windsor sits right between the three other major hubs of Northern Colorado - Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley. In fact, it sits evenly between Larimer and Weld Counties, and originally served as the "halfway house" landmark on the railroads and routes connecting Fort Collins and Greeley.
Today, folks who choose to call Windsor home do so for many reasons. Just north of the downtown area, Windsor Lake and Boardwalk Park provide ample summer activities for residents, along with the city's 20+ parks and recreation areas throughout the town, including an outdoor pool at Chimney Park and the recently expanded city recreation center.

Ample shopping and other amenities not within city limits are just a few minutes' drive south of town to the bustling Centerra development located in the easternmost part of neighboring Loveland. Because of its convenient location, residents can easily commute to the many nearby Northern Colorado communities with ease.
