 | Peggy Schram, GRI, CSP Peggy joined out team in May of 2008. Licensed in 2000, Peggy comes from a long line of Realtor's, both of her parents and her Aunt and Uncle were Realtor's in Illinois and Iowa. Peggy and her husband, Brian have resided in Fort Collins for 33 years and have four adult children and now are enjoying three grandchildren in their spare time! Peggy earned her Certified New Home Sale Specialist in 2007 and continues to work in the New Home Sales division at Trail Head Subdivision. In 2008 Peggy also obtained the Employing Broker Designation in the state of Colorado. Peggy brings experience and a successful track record to the Schick/Kershner Team.
