Jessica Hoffman Nickell | Jessica Hoffman Nickell, CSP.Jessica has been with the team as an assistant for 2 years and has recently received her real estate license. She is excited to now be selling and listing homes as part of the team in addition to managing and maintaining the "office functionality". This includes facilitating and tracking transactions, the upkeep of documents and files for clients, property searches for prospective buyers, maintaining our properties in the MLS, creating new listings, advertising for properties, accounting, maintaining client communication, etc. Jessica is a graduate of Fort Collins High School and has a marketing degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She has lived in northern Colorado since the age of 7 and currently lives in Greeley with her husband Casey and their 2 dogs! |
