Bill Busch |
Bill Busch, CSP.Bill, a Fort Collins native, started his career in local Real Estate in 1974 with Busch Real Estate, a family partnership with his father and brother. The following years included success in residential marketing, a term as President of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS, a year as Northeast District Vice President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. As a Senior Instructor with CAR and the National Association of REALTORS, he co-authored classes on Energy Conservation and Finance, teaching these subjects throughout the United States. He joined RE/MAX Alliance in 2004 and brings a host of experience and success to the Schick/Kershner Team. |

Jessica Hoffman Nickell | Jessica Hoffman Nickell, CSP.Jessica has been with the team as an assistant for 2 years and has recently received her real estate license. She is excited to now be selling and listing homes as part of the team in addition to managing and maintaining the "office functionality". This includes facilitating and tracking transactions, the upkeep of documents and files for clients, property searches for prospective buyers, maintaining our properties in the MLS, creating new listings, advertising for properties, accounting, maintaining client communication, etc. Jessica is a graduate of Fort Collins High School and has a marketing degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She has lived in northern Colorado since the age of 7 and currently lives in Greeley with her husband Casey and their 2 dogs! |

Paula Busch
| Paula Busch, CSP.Paula is a rare Fort Collins native, growing up and raising a family as the city developed around her. Watching the neighborhoods and outlying areas of her youth pass through change and redevelopment have given her a unique perspective on Fort Collins real estate. Many who have never met Paula feel as if they have known her forever due to her 20-plus years as the phone voice and front desk personality for one of the city's most respected insurance companies. Her smile is a constant in her presence as well as in her voice. When you meet her, you are instantly a friend. Paula has had two careers in Fort Collins real estate. From 1979 to 1985 she assisted many families in finding new homes in the city. In 2005 Paula returned to real estate with RE/MAX Alliance. It is with tremendous joy that she sets out to reestablish relationships with her old customers and to assist many new Fort Collins families. |

| Peggy Schram, GRI, CSP Peggy joined out team in May of 2008. Licensed in 2000, Peggy comes from a long line of Realtor's, both of her parents and her Aunt and Uncle were Realtor's in Illinois and Iowa. Peggy and her husband, Brian have resided in Fort Collins for 33 years and have four adult children and now are enjoying three grandchildren in their spare time! Peggy earned her Certified New Home Sale Specialist in 2007 and continues to work in the New Home Sales division at Trail Head Subdivision. In 2008 Peggy also obtained the Employing Broker Designation in the state of Colorado. Peggy brings experience and a successful track record to the Schick/Kershner Team. My goal is to provide my clients with a level of service that will surpass their expectations. It is also very important to me to be involved in the community that I live in and sell real-estate. I am currently on the Board of Directors of TEAM Ft. Collins, a non-profit organization that helps teens and young adults make informed decisions regarding alcohol and drugs.
